Return Policy
We do not accept returns on coffee due to the perishable nature of coffee. However, we are quite willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.
Order and Shipment Confirmations
When you finish placing an order online, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you need to make further changes, simply reply to the confirmation email.Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email confirming your shipment. After the shipping confirmation has been sent, you can no longer make any changes to your order.
Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped the first available business day, unless otherwise indicated in your order confirmation.If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as possible. Please note, you will not be charged until your order has been shipped.
